Stephanie Robles is a BMI registered songwriter and the lead singer/songwriter for Fatale (an original Symphonic Rock Band) and lead singer for The Good Fun Band (a variety dance band).  She resides in Oceanside and enjoys performing throughout San Diego County, where there are many live music opportunities.

Her influences range from Classic Rock (Heart, The Pretenders, Lita Ford and Pat Benatar) to contemporary Rock, Symphonic Rock and Metal artists (Sarah McLaughlin, Melissa Etheridge, Evanescence, Halestorm, The Pretty Reckless, Dorothy and Within Temptation). But those are just her rock influences, she loves Country, Broadway, Jazz and the beautiful Harmonies of the Yacht Rock era.

 

Raised in a large family where everyone sang and participated in local theater, she started performing with her father as a toddler, started playing the piano at the age of 8 and writing music in her teens. Music has been her passion most of her life.

 

She has been performing with various bands since college and worked with local theater companies in San Diego County since moving here in 1987.  Her happy place is really on stage or in the studio, whether it be recording her own original works or contributing to other projects. She has also been fortunate to direct several choirs and musical events.

 

The Fatale Band is her latest project where she is enjoying the songwriting and production aspect of original hard and Symphonic Rock music with longtime friend and bandmate George Dowden. (https://fatalerocks.com)
